Although IMT.fi had already established its position in the travel industry, it needed a new approach:
How to reach new customer segments on social media?
How to present special offers and unique travel experiences in an engaging way?
How to build a long-term, engaging social media community?
Solution:
VSCY developed a tailored social media strategy for IMT.fi that focused on:
Engaging and shareable content: We created entertaining and informative travel videos that inspire the audience.
A narratively strong approach: The videos showcase destinations in an experiential way, bringing the viewer closer to the destination.
Highlighting special offers and competitions: Campaign videos and offers entice the audience to actively follow the account.
Active interaction with the audience: We have built a community where travellers can share their experiences and engage in discussions.
Results:
IMT.fi's TikTok follower count grew to 8,000.
Content received wide visibility and generated engaged interaction from the audience.
Travel offers and competitions reached a record number of interested customers.
TikTok and YouTube have become important channels in IMT.fi’s customer communications and brand building.
Conclusion:
VSCY has built a strong digital brand for IMT.fi and increased its social media presence over the past two years. We will continue to manage IMT.fi's social media and content production, ensuring that the travel agency remains digitally competitive and appealing.
