4. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Customer personal data may be processed for the following purposes: management and administration of customer relationships or other professionally related interactions, analysis and statistics, planning, analysis, and development of the data controller's business and that of the companies belonging to the same corporate group, marketing by the data controller and the companies in its corporate group, including direct marketing and targeting based on the registered interests, such as profiles created based on the customer's purchase history or other data, and other related purposes that do not conflict with the aforementioned purposes.

​Basic information of the registered person, such as: first and last name, contact information (e.g., addresses, phone numbers, email addresses), profession or position of contact persons for corporate clients, information related to customer relationships and other professional interactions, and the use of services and content, such as: registration information regarding the data controller's services, profiling and interest information provided by the registered person, information concerning purchases made, including necessary payment, invoicing, and collection information, information related to customer communications, including possible call recordings, feedback and complaints, including information related to errors and product liability, browsing data and other information regarding the use of the data controller's electronic services and content, including technical data sent by the registered person's browser to the data controller's server (IP address, browser) and cookies sent to the registered person's browser along with related information, if the cookies are linked to personal data, and information related to marketing and sales promotion, such as marketing measures targeted at the registered person, their utilization, and the information provided in connection with those measures, as well as permissions and prohibitions related to direct marketing 

6. Regular Sources of Data​

Information regarding the registered person is routinely obtained from the registered person themselves, among other things, when the registered person participates in the data controller's marketing measures. Data is also obtained through the data controller's online store or other electronic services, whereby data may also be collected through cookies or other similar techniques. Personal data may also be collected and updated from other registers of the data controller and the companies belonging to the same corporate group, as well as from authorities and companies providing services related to personal data, such as the population register and other similar registers.​

7. Regular Transfers of Data and Transfer of Data Outside the EU or EEA​

Personal data may only be disclosed within the limits permitted and mandated by current legislation. However, the data controller is entitled to disclose personal data as permitted by law, for example, in situations related to the sale of a business. Additionally, the data controller may disclose data for statistical and analytical purposes, provided that the disclosed data cannot be linked to an individual person.

Data is not routinely transferred outside the territory of the Member States of the European Union or the European Economic Area. If, however, the transfer is necessary for the purposes of processing personal data or for the technical implementation of data processing, the requirements of data protection legislation will be adhered to in such transfers.

Only identified employees of the data controller and companies operating on its behalf have access to the information contained in the electronic register with personal access rights granted by the data controller. Manually processed materials containing personal data are located in locked premises. You can request your information to be checked or demand its deletion or correction. ​
