4. Purpose of personal data processing

The customer's personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

  • management and administration of customership or other relationship based on factual connection

  • analysis and statistics

  • business planning, analysis and development of the data controller and the companies belonging to the same group at any given time

  • marketing of the data controller and the companies belonging to the same group at any given time, including direct marketing and targeting it as interesting to the registrant, for example by means of profiles created on the basis of the customer's purchase history data or other data

  • other similar purposes that do not conflict with the purposes described above.

 

5. Data content of the register

Basic data of the registrant, such as:

  • First and last name
    contact information (e.g. postal addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses)

  • information regarding the profession or position of business customers' contact persons in the work community

  • information related to the customer and other factual connection as well as the use of services and contents, such as: registration information regarding the services of the registrar

  • profiling and interest information provided by the data subject

  • information about purchasing, such as information about purchased products and services, as well as necessary information about payment, invoicing and collection

  • information related to customer communications, including possible call recordings

  • feedback and complaints, including information related to error and product liability

  • browsing data and other information regarding the use of the controller's electronic services and content, including the technical data sent by the registered browser to the server of the controller (IP address, browser) and the cookies sent to the registered browser and related information, if personal data is attached to the cookies

  • information related to marketing and sales promotion, such as marketing measures aimed at the data subject, their utilization and information provided in connection with them, as well as direct marketing permits and prohibitions

 

6. Regular sources of information

Information about the registrant is regularly obtained from the registrant himself, e.g. when the registrant participates in the controller's marketing activities.

Information is also obtained via the controller's online store or other electronic services, in which case information can also be collected using cookies or other similar technologies.

Personal data can also be collected and updated from other registers of the controller and companies belonging to the same group as the controller, as well as from authorities and companies providing services regarding personal data, such as the population information system and other similar registers.

7. Regular data transfers and data transfer outside the EU or EEA

Personal data can only be disclosed within the limits permitted and required by the legislation in force at any given time.

However, the controller is entitled, as permitted by legislation, to disclose personal data in situations related to the sale of business, for example. In addition, the controller can hand over information, e.g. for statistical and analysis purposes, so that the information to be handed over cannot be linked to an individual person.

 

 

8. Data transfer

Data is not regularly transferred outside the territory of the member states of the European Union or the European Economic Area. However, if the transfer is necessary from the point of view of the purposes of the processing of personal data or from the point of view of the technical implementation of the data processing, then the requirements of the personal data legislation will be followed in the transfer.

9. Register protection principles

​

Personal data in electronic form is protected by generally accepted technical means in the field of information security, such as firewalls and passwords. Only identified employees of the registrar and companies acting on behalf of the registrar have access to the information contained in the electronic register with a personal access right granted by the registrar.

Materials in manual format containing personal data are located in locked rooms.

You can ask for your information to be checked or to request its deletion or correction.
