Redi needed a comprehensive social media strategy that would address the following questions:

Solution:
VSCY created a multichannel and visually appealing social media presence for Redi based on:
Strong utilisation of TikTok and YouTube: We highlighted Redi with entertaining, target audience-oriented content.
Increasing brand visibility on Instagram and Facebook: We actively maintain Redi's channels and engage the audience.
Highlighting special events and competitions: We produce content that puts Redi's events and offers in the spotlight.
Actively engaging the audience: We encourage followers to share their own experiences and engage with the Redi brand.
Results:
Redi has become the most followed shopping centre in Finland on social media.
The number of followers on TikTok has increased to over 32,000.
The total follower count across various platforms has risen to about 50,000.
Redi's social media channels have experienced continuous growth and high engagement rates.
