Shopping Centre Willa is a vibrant shopping centre located in the heart of Hyvinkää, which wanted to expand its social media presence and reach new customers digitally. The aim was to showcase the centre's diverse range of shops, exciting events, and attractive offers in a way that engages customers and strengthens Willa's position as an experiential shopping centre.
Challenge:
Although Willa was already a well-known shopping centre, its digital presence did not fully take advantage of the opportunities offered by social media. The challenges included:
- How to create a clear and recognizable social media brand for the shopping centre? 
- How to increase customer interaction and engagement across different social media platforms? 
- How to showcase events, offers, and shopping experiences in an appealing way? 
Solution:
VSCY developed and implemented a multi-channel social media strategy for Willa, with key elements including:
